I am Carissa Anne B Sacdalan, 26 years of age, currently working as an Front Line Assistant in our branch acting Assistant Branch Manager. Working as an FLA for a year and 5months in the making here in this company have taught me many things. It also enables me to fully understand how good communication is very important in providing customer service and made me realized that patience is really a virtue that everyone of us must posses everyday.
