For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager WSS Implementation (m/w/d)

Our client is implementing the current version 8 of the central treasury management system WSS (Wallstreet Suite). As part of the project, it is necessary to design the current processes in the front office (general, collateral, guarantee) and treasury middle office or market risk area and to implement them in the system. The aim of the project is to design the configuration in the system based on the existing processes and the new functionalities requested by our client and to carry out the corresponding implementation of the configuration in the project test systems.

Tasks:
* Coordination of Team Activities: Monitoring the planning and execution of the project work-packages with the aim that project goals and timelines are realized based on the project objectives and own knowledge and experience.
* Professional determination of deviations regarding project schedule, resource and quality aspects: identification and execution of countermeasures based on own expertise under consideration of the project objectives
* Resource Planning: Definition of work packages, by coordinating team resources, planning for absences, and handing over risks and issues to the associated workstream team members (Front Office & Cash Management) as part of the weekly reporting
* Team Management: Definition of clear tasks for the project team members including assessment of the work packages and creation of sub-tasks based on own experience
* Consultation of the project team members regarding a collaborative project environment and efficient workflow based on own expertise
* Professional steering and coordination of the project team members with the aim to achieve the project goals
* Creation of a comprehensive weekly status report: highlighting of the progress, challenges, and next steps and present it (online meeting)
* Functional steering of the team Front office and Cash Management with the goal to create the configuration plan in the central treasury management system WSS based on the existing processes and the new functionalities provided by the software vendor
* Steering and coordination of the team Front office and Cash Management to execute the implementation of the configuration in the project test systems based on own expertise

Must have: English. Nice to have: German. Sub-project manager with experience in finance.

Required knowledge and skill set:
* Experience and knowledge in the finance area should be in place
* Project Management experience is desired
* WSS experience is desired
