I have over 10 years of call center experience in total. Some of my past positions were in sales, tech support agent, and customer service. While holding these positions I have done, heavy email and text, and live chat support. I am comfortable using scripts while being conversational at the same time to not sounding scripted. I am used to used macros while helping make new ones, as responses sometimes needs to be changed. I am hardworking and very dedicated to my work!
