I am very interested to apply for this job. Since the job description is all about customer service. I've been working in a call center company for almost 8 years. My job is as a customer service representative for 5 years assisting customers and provides good customer service. I received inbound and outbound calls. I also worked as a technical support representative in one of the biggest telecommunication companies based in the United States for 2 years. And my last company I worked as a customer service representative for almost a year in Booking.com wherein my duty is to answer an email to the customer. Responding to their inquiry about their online hotel reservation. I answered and reply to 100 emails more or less on a daily workload. Education: College/University in Culinary Arts
