Resumen personal

Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to express my interest in the UX Researcher position at your organization. As someone who has worked extensively on B2B apps like MandiOne, Censa, and Waycool, I have developed a passion for understanding user needs and pain points through different research methods. During my time at MandiOne, I was responsible for collecting and analyzing user data, which helped me gain valuable insights into the needs and challenges of users. As a part of the Censa team, I gained deeper insights into distribution and logistics management systems, understanding the processes and requirements of stakeholders to create a better user experience. At Waycool, I assisted in literature reviews, stakeholder interviews, and creating information architecture for the Waycool 2.0 App. One of my most significant achievements was conducting a UX research study that assessed the impact of anxiety levels on the perception of sound and images. The study utilized both web-based experiments and interviews to gain insights into participant behavior when selecting stimuli. Through this research, I was able to provide valuable insights for designing user interfaces that consider the impact of anxiety levels on the perception of sound and images. As a UX researcher, I am passionate about using research to gain insights into user behavior and develop products that meet their needs. I have experience working with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and creating comprehensive reports with actionable insights. Thank you for considering my application. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to your organization and contribute to its success. Sincerely, Ritika Kumari Education: Masters in Psychology
