My experience in Project management spans over diverse industries. From the corporate side, I have worked for major electric utilities, in both Hydro and solar, as well as the airport industry, overseeing projects ranging from $10MM - $400MM. Outside of large corporations, I have used my skills so develop company wide process improvement programs for non profits and small businesses as well as plan and execute large cultural art events. My strength is to bring efficiency to any project. I manage budgets and schedules very well, but also excel in stakeholder management. I build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to ensure good communication and collaboration is always in effect. My diverse experience has given me the foundation to execute various types of projects in various industries. Whether I am working for a large corporation, nonprofit, or a planning team for large social events, I have the ability to break down any project into its proper components and deliver results on time and within scope and budget.
