I am a native English speaker that has a passion for effective communication and using the written word as a tool to enhance business opportunities. I have worked in a variety of industries over the the past 6 years and have always had an active role in drafting applications, proposals, reports, content writing and web-focused marketing. I particularly enjoy assisting start-ups or small businesses with enhancing their online presence to fully reach their potential. I create engaging content that includes photography, web design and copywriting that convincingly communicates your brand’s essence, while keeping readers captivated. For the duration of my studies, my core focus was in Entrepreneurship and Innovation within a startup and corporate environment. I was well prepared to enter the private sector with an understanding of the evolving nature of business and the requirements to stay ahead of ever-shifting market trends. I also majored in Financial accounting in order to grasp the underling structure that drives profitability within a business. I achieved a cum laude grade in this field. After graduating I worked for the Combined Group who are residential property developers that offer an all-round solution to the development process. From land acquisition and contractual negotiation, to town planning, installation of services and top structure construction, the group services all stages of Industry need. I was part of a team of project coordinators, who were each responsible for a portfolio of active projects in various different stages of their development cycle. Our responsibilities began with deal acquisition and contract negotiation, conducting feasibility studies and conceptualisation of development schemes, to securing funding and delivering projects on time and within budget. For the last year I have been travelling around Asia as a freelancer in photography and copywriting and an ESL teacher. This has cemented an advanced proficiency in English and helped gain experience within the freelancing industry. Having worked online, I understand that quality of deliverables and punctuality is essential in producing a satisfactory service for clients. I am available for both one-off and ongoing jobs.
