Hello, my name is Emirfranz Vincecruz, I noticed this Job post in up work and was compelled in applying since I do have the experience in this field of work. I am capable and have the tools that are necessary for this Job. I have experience in telemarketing, specifically Outbound accounts such as lead generation for a Solar campaign, Energy companies, Insurances, mortgage, and Real Estate. I have experience in using Follow up boss as a CRM and MOJO dialer in calling out buyers, auctioned properties, and as well as foreclosed properties. Not to mention I have experience in being a Customer Service Representative in a cable company in the US. This involved billing inquiries, technical support, orders, and as well as upselling. I started as an agent and worked my way up as a Quality Assurance Specialist and became an assistant Team Leader in a span of 2 years. Most of my tasks were in auditing calls, creating reports on a daily basis to see results. Giving immediate feedback and coaching to agents. Currently, right now I have been working home-based for clients with specific tasks and projects, bringing with me the experience I have from BPO companies for the past 6 years, but I am willing to try new things and make use of what I have learned especially when it comes to customer satisfaction and resolution.
