I have worked as a service crew for almost 4 years for a fast food chain and 3 years as a customer service representative for a food delivery service client from australia and the US. I mainly did calls, emails and live chat support for customers, merchants, and delivery riders. I have also dabbled in an Amazon SEO job using tools like AI jasper and hubstaff for a short while last year. Being under a BPO company, a third party business delivery service for US and Australian clients, we strictly observe confidentiality at all times.
