As an IT Technical Support Engineer at HoustonTech IT Support, I have over 12 years of professional experience in various fields, including four years of purchasing and procurement at the U.S. Department of State. I have multiple certifications from the Foreign Service Institute that demonstrate my knowledge and competency in State & Federal procurement and contracting, as well as in administration and communication. I provide effective and efficient IT support and training for standard IT office solutions, such as hardware, software, and network issues, access accounts, and new IT equipment. I am proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft applications, which enable me to communicate and collaborate with users and stakeholders, and to enhance user satisfaction and productivity. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve problems and improve processes. I also provide strong technical guidance to staff in troubleshooting and resolution, and act as a technical escalation point as needed.
