Task description and requirements

For our client in Berlin we are looking for a Salesforce/ Hubspot Business Analyst (m/f/d) - 100% remote, full time


 


Your tasks: 

• Define the scope and project size
• Drive projects using Agile Methodologies
• Facilitate requirements workshops, gather and analyse requirements, and obtain sign-off
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Create epic, user stories for Salesforce Engineers, including Salesforce design suggestions
• Work with our QA team by reviewing use case tests and testing outputs to ensure that the solution meets the requirements
• Support stakeholders and business units through UAT, and triage bugs
• Help Salesforce engineers perform root cause analysis
• Provide Train-the-Trainer and functional documentation and sessions
• Support projects through post-go-live & hyper-care activities
• Configure and customise Salesforce and HubSpot platforms to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business operations
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and HubSpot systems


 


Your qualifications:

• Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills
• 2+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform
• 3+ years working with Hubspot managing Marketing Emails, Contacts, and the integration with Salesforce
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Hubspot Marketing Certification
• Hubspot CRM Data Migration Certification
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
• Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
• Fluent in english
