The Client will receive survey forms programmed in Qualtrics as per their requirements. If needed, I can also provide/program Qualtrics dashboards with various reports. I can also help in data collection of the surveys. The scope of the project includes programming the survey OR any other deliverables agreed before commencing the work. If you have your own Qualtrics platform then it would be great. I too have my own license for Qualtrics so I can program surveys and hand the files to you after completion.
