Personal summary
Working with customers for almost 17 years in a front faced role, the experience of handling customers in a variety of difficult situations has been an amazing learning experience. Customers are always provided with the best experience possible and In addition to being patient, empathetic and understanding to those with misplaced emotions, it is a mission of mine to ensure my customers happiness. I have a few unique (sometimes silly) talents. For example: I can sing the words to any song I have ever heard, but do not have a singing voice, and it’s limited to just songs. I really enjoy working with computers and graphic design. Learning is key, and in the past year I've taught myself to code and design websites. I love to learn about astrology also.
