I have more than 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in several property management companies. I am aware of the duties and responsibilities of a property manager from listing vacant properties online, prospect screening, preparing lease documents, filing evictions, delinquency calls and sending notices to the tenants. I also schedule vendors and make sure that maintenance request are tracked and resolved on a timely manner. I am also familiar with Appfolio and have experience using it for 2 years. Leasing: - Listing vacant properties online - Responding to tenant's questions and requests (Phone, Email, Text) - Posting vacant properties online. - Screening prospects and processing tenancy applications. - Onboarding tenants. - Preparing Lease/ Lease Renewal. - Preparing Management Agreements - Updating Vacancy Report. - Sending Renter's Insurance updates. - Filing evictions - Sending Move out / Move in Inspections reports. - Sending Notices (NTV, Lease Violations, Tenant Responsibility Maintenance, Evictions) - Adding charges to the tenant's ledger. - Sending Owner Statements. - Updating Vendor's Workers Comp and Liability Insurance.
