I'm a software developer passionate about hands-on coding with best practices and clean code in mind for the perfect solution. Martin As a Lead Developer, it is my responsibility to resolve problems by implementing robust yet straightforward solutions, that can deliver the highest value to my clients. I achieve that by applying best practices, such as SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code and standards. I need to deliver to expectations while still keeping software ready for change, as they always do, and just like any physical product, they need a warranty: They need tests. Despite being routinely depreciated, tests are the only guarantee clients have that their software is right to specs; otherwise, they'd have to take my word for it. Besides, I'm responsible for my team and what they deliver, especially how they do it. Developers need someone to reach out for help now and then, and mentorship to become better professionals, thus producing even better software. I take my teams with pride, help them deliver up to or above expectations, train them to apply the same best practices and evaluate what they produce to ensure it is compliant. When it comes to my teams, they will perform to their best and will have my full support! In the past decade, I've delivered web and service-oriented solutions in .NET/C#/ASP.NET MVC/WebApi, with frontends in Angular and Typescript, and CI/CD pipelines. As a leader in recent positions, I have also participated in solution and architectural design, mentoring, code quality assurance and agile planning.
