Personal summary
Over the past 10 years as a Senior Product Manager, I have worked for several startup companies including one I co-founded in the mobile ad tech space that I helped build into a successful organization which was then acquired. Our product line included an SDK, self-serve publisher UI and back end ad server that were all built in house from the ground up. I directed our product team which developed our product strategy and vision, monitored our competitors and the ad tech space for the latest developments, worked with marketing to launch new products, prioritized and owned our annual product roadmap, wrote specs and user stories and managed the development process. Although I managed a team responsible for all these things, I was very hands on and was personally involved with all of them. My product team grew from myself to eventually a team of 5.
